Course Booking Cancellation
Students may cancel their course booking within 24 hours of registration, provided the batch has not started and no study material has been issued.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
- If the course batch is cancelled by MDEduMould.
- If the training could not be conducted due to unavoidable circumstances from our side.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Change of mind after enrollment
- Student unable to attend due to personal reasons
- Absenteeism or irregular attendance
- Once the batch has started
Batch Changes
Students may request a batch transfer depending on availability. Batch change is not guaranteed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
